Liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors, available in many sizes and supplied in ductile iron and stainless steel 316L. Capacities from 40 to 5.100 m3/h (maximum vacuum of 724 mmHg at sea level) running as vacuum pump and capacities from 200 to 5.600 m3/h (maximum pressure of 2 kg/cm2) running as compressor.

According to the customers need, the 2BE3 model can be offered in stainless steel or stainless steel clad. Capacities from 2.400 to 32.000 m3/h (maximum vacuum of 610 mmHg at sea level) running as vacuum pump and capacities from 3.000 to 16.500 m3/h (maximum pressure of 1,4kg/cm2) running as compressor.

The Hibrid Vacuum System is usually compound by Steam Ejectors, Condenser, Intermediary Tubes and Liquid ring Vacuum Pumps with seal liquid.
The equipments may be provided single or in Skip configuration, wich reduces the instalation area. The system reduces the contaminate residues wich eliminates the use of barometric legs.
Liquid Pre-Separator Systems for Vacuum Pumps. Barometric separators "Model HB" with capacities from 850 to 4.250 m3/h, “Model TC” with capacities from 1.000 to 35.700 m3/h and “Model PK” with capacities from 1.000 to 25.000 m3/h, project for aplications where there is not enough height for barometric legs.
With no internal lubrification required and it´s constant wear-free performance, the NASH liquid-ring compressor carries no oil,
graphite or Teflon particles. Having contact only with the seal water, the air from the NASH compressor suffers no contamination, and it is also constantly
filtered, removing dust particles and bacterias, resulting in a high quality air. Gardner Denver Nash horizontal tank packages are supplied ready to use, with all internal wiring and piping installed. All packages
are fully automated and tested to assure its perfect operation.
